These terms govern your use of kinksterhub.com and purchases made through KinksterHub. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. Nothing here limits a mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Adults and lawful use
This website and its products are intended only for adults aged 18 or older, or the higher minimum age required where you live. You are responsible for checking whether a product may lawfully be purchased, imported, possessed and used at its destination.
Product information
Please review the full product page, selected variation, dimensions, materials, included components and safety guidance before ordering. Images and colours may vary slightly by screen or production batch. Contact us before ordering if a material, size or compatibility detail is unclear.
Prices, payment and orders
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Shipping charges and available methods are shown at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may charge conversion or other fees. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve stock. An order may be declined or cancelled for failed payment, unavailable stock, an unsupported address, suspected fraud, destination restrictions or a material listing error. If we cancel a paid order before fulfilment, the applicable refund will be submitted to the original payment method.
Cancellation and address changes
Contact us immediately. We can only attempt a cancellation or address change before the order is submitted to the fulfilment warehouse or carrier; a change is not guaranteed once processing begins.
Shipping, returns and product issues
Orders normally dispatch within three business days. Most supported deliveries to Europe and North America arrive about 7–15 days after dispatch, but timing depends on the product’s warehouse country, destination, carrier and customs. See our Shipping Policy.
Damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect items should be reported within 15 days of carrier-confirmed delivery with reasonably sufficient photo or video evidence. Because these are intimate products, change-of-mind returns are not normally accepted. See our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Safety and suitability
Product pages and guides provide general information, not medical advice. Review dimensions, materials, warnings and safe-release methods before use. Stop use if a product causes pain, numbness, marked discolouration, unusual swelling, bleeding, skin injury, overheating or malfunction, and seek qualified medical help when appropriate.
Accounts, reviews and acceptable use
Keep account credentials secure. Content you submit must be lawful, accurate and yours to share. Do not interfere with site security, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders or evidence, introduce malicious code, or violate another person’s rights.
Third-party services
Payments, delivery, connected-product apps and other features may rely on third parties. Their availability and independent practices may change and are governed by their own terms.
Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KinksterHub is not responsible for losses caused by unlawful use, misuse, failure to follow instructions, unsupported modification, an incorrect customer-supplied address or a third-party service outside our reasonable control. This does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and disputes
We may update these terms when operations, technology or legal requirements change. No governing-law or exclusive-venue clause is stated here while the applicable operating details remain under review. Mandatory rights in your country or region remain unaffected. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern; this does not prevent use of any mandatory court, regulator, payment-provider or consumer-protection process.
